My son attended her phonic n spell magic class years back. It really gave a good foundation for phonic. My boy scored full mark for spelling tests even without learning. But it is a lot of hard work involved as my boy was a difficult child n mummy had to be involved to guide n ensure him in doing the corrections.

I used the same material to teach my girl when her childcare teacher feedback she was slow n couldnt recognize the sight words. I tried out n luckily she managed to pick up the phonic n reading . Saved me a lot of$$ n time.
And before P1, she is able to read my boy sec 1 literature text Charlotte web n other simplified version classic like Jane Erye, Juliet n Romeo, Christmas Carol , Macbeth , Roald Dahl series etc.
I must say to see result, mummy n the child must put in the hard work.

Not sure if Mrs Sam still coaching? she is very strict n demanding .

Teachers make a difference I guess.

My neighbor enrolled in the parkway branch last year. Not pleased with the standard, and not well run.

              Dear Parents,

I have just enrol my 4 yo son to Mrs Sam’s Learning Centre at Kovan. Mrs Sam is no longer teaching. Any parents have some recent testimonials?

              Thank you!

My two girls used go attend the phonic classes under Teacher Mel.

Yes it's good and like what the above hv mentioned it helped the kid.

My younger didn't attend as they moved to Kovan which was far for me, if not I would hv put him in. 😉
