I’m a full time working mum to a 11 months old baby boy. My parents and helper are looking after him while i’m at work.

ChiefKiasu, you’re about right. I googled for infant/toddler care when i came across this website. Unfortunately, I can find any feedback on infant care centres in Whampao/Balestier area where my parents reside. However, I managed to obtain important insights to related to it, e.g. how to select a good centre.

Great! We've been fortunate that our community has been very open and willing to help out others so that we all benefit as a whole. It speaks volumes in dispelling the notion of the ugly Singaporean. We may be kiasu as parents (who isn't?), but we don't step on each other just to give our children the edge over other kids.

Do let us know when you managed to get your childcare in the Whampoa area... so that other parents can benefit too from your experience!
