Possible. Because your gal maybe high B. And the one who get 4A is 225 can be low A.

T-score and grades are really strange and misleading. MOE shld just issue either results. My daughter 2A* 2A and t-score is 253.

Think will be good to know which subjects scored A*. An A* in Science or English might be worth more marks in T-score than Math? If the average for Math is higher than Science/English, since T-score is mainly an deviation from Mean.
