Hi, thinking whether to let him try out school bus on 2nd Jan. as we only allow 2 days inside the school and my hubby will be there earlier to see whether he follow the procedure and after he board the bus from my place, then i rush there to meet my hubby for the orientation. wonder how parents check if we only start school bus 1week later. any advise.

just got the confirmation from the school bus operator.
my son attending P1 next year.
Pick up at blk 88 (redhill close) 7:05am and drop off 2pm same place.
i would like to know how parents manage their kids on the first few days in school with regards to showing their kids the pickup/drop off point near home and in school.
i am assuming parents would bring their kids to school on their own the first few days and then take the school bus once their kid is familiar with the locations and procedure for waiting for the bus ride home?
Same drop off point for my son. I intend to send him to school in the mornings. But 7.05am pick up is not too bad! -

Mine actually same timing as yours! But my pickup pt is at blk 75C. Abt 8 students at my pickup pt. Did u inform the bus operator yr child’s class? -
Hi tango12. didnt know need to inform. they never ask me. and do not know class yet. might need call n check. whats your child’s class

The bus operator did ask me but i say i do not know yet as 29 Dec is the orientation. I asked if they will be there. She say think have.

yes 7:05am seems quite good given we are staying near to the school. i am assuming given the way the bus takes, this could be the last few stops before the bus driver heads to ALPS. All he needs to do is to go out of the road from Blk 88, make a left turn and left turn to head straight to ALPS.
