Got posted to TKGS. Can someone share yr feedback about the school. .ie student behaviour; teachers dedication, still need private tuition etc…much appreciated! !

TKGS has had good O level results thus the rumour about not preparing the students for exams is really just a rumour.
The school’s testing is rigorous and perhaps even a cut above the rest. the girls in the school study and play hard. very balanced equation and its a rather happy place.
about needing external tuition … well this is really up to the individual. Tuition should only be seeked if the individual is struggling and the need for tuition may be present in any school as long as the individual things he/she needs extra help.
the school has outstanding programs for english, has drama elective in year 2 and many other enrichment programs to develop its girls academically as well as in character. congrats to a new start!!

yes and also to let you know the school has consultation hours with teachers. all the student has to do is to make an appointment with the teachers. so that says alot about the dedication of teachers.


you should get your booklist on monday since its reporting day.

Hi, I heard that the tkgs is changing the school time to end at 2.40pm everyday and I think it might be too much since the students will have less free time after school to socialise with their family and revise their work regularly plus they also have to complete projects and homework…etc what do you think?
