For my family, every year, only kids receive xmas presents, just like the 'hong bao'.

angmohs in Christmas mood in December…Chinese are in CNY mood in jan/feb. hubby said his bosses are MIA-ed already after wishing everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS.


what’s the mood like in Orchard Rd? this is last weekend before Xmas.
suburban malls are quiet…no one rushing to get last minute gifts.

According to news report last nite, it seems Orchard Road n neighbourhood malls are very busy this weekend (last minute shopping).


So must be patient when shopping.

we are happy with our new toys…daughter with her looms, son with his wii games, myself with iPad air and hubby with his iPhone 6+.

Guess the Christmas mood is still in orchard road.

Tutors have resumed lessons…kids are complaining…but at least there is no school, YET.
