i think chinese text book i will buy from school on the first day.. cus i went to popular store they still dont have.. so i guess school should have since its already out?


anyone knows if i wana buy some of the optional items which i didnt buy previously does the school bookshop still have? thanks

Hi,

Does anyone have any alternative school bus service provider for Nanyang that we can contact besides the usual one?

DD is in P3 and just moved back to KRC. We had made arrangements the last 2 years for her to be picked at our condo in the morning and dropped off at my parent’s place 5 mins away form our place after school. But as the pick up time was very early despite TTC starting later, we sent her in the morning instead. This year she started finally using the morning pick up. Just got a call from the driver that he wants her to wait at a bus stop outside the condo instead of at our agreed pick up place which is the condo lobby because he is late in the mornings picking up factory workers and he wants to save the few mins coming in. It takes less than 3 mins to come in. Getting in and out is probably only 5 mins. If we refuse, he threaten not to drop her at my mum’s place. I told him he is not right to threaten us. He then said he doesn’t want to ferry her anymore. He had no problem collecting money but not picking up last year. So he probably is hoping we will do the same this year too. The pick up time is 6.10 am which is still very dark and the downtown MRT line construction is just outside our place so we really don’t want our DD to have to go out in the dark so early in the morning even though the maid goes out with her. No point subjecting the maid to that too. The bus has been coming at 6.20 and we suggested that he can try coming at the agreed 6.10 so that he is not late for his next assignment. Of course, he ignore us.

We are wondering now what options we have and if we can find alternative service provider. Have anyone encounter such issues? Pls advise. Thanks.
