Hi, my gal is going to P1 next year, and I’ve been trying to create a new account for her on this app (SNAAPP) on my android smartphone. But, it always gave me Invalid user. Did any of the parents encounter this? I know for those current ATS students, the app works perfectly.

Hi, yes mine too, always indicate invalid user. If i remember correctly, 1 lady from PSG told me during Orientation last fri that most prob is due to our kids’ data not completely updated yet. Maybe you can try again next week to see if you’re able to register?

Hi you can try the user id: bc#_p1, it should work.

Hi mine took about 2 weeks. I also received a message fm the admin that whatsapp group will be created but so far no news yet. -

I got the notification sms that they will review during committee meeting and then no news after that. It has been 6 weeks.

Hi I’d receive SMS for lastest 2015 school reopen updates and was ask to go to Aitong Parent’s Portal to log in to view but I didn’t even have password how to view?
Try to go into SNAAPP but there isn’t any things to view?
