Thanks. I found out on the reporting day.dhokoh:
May I know what time does the school starts?
As per the school booklet which was provided during the registration day (22-Dec), 7.20 AM start on all days except Wed. On Wed 8.20 AM.
Before that, I was wondering about it as I need to consider the time needed for travelling. It takes us at least an hour to travel from Punggol to TKSS, as we timed ourselves on 22nd Dec. -

We are now gearing up for the school start :xedfingers: -

All the best to your dd's appeal to TKSS. It's a good school despite the fact the it is not as popular as other schools in that vicinity. Btw, may I know what's the COP this year ? -

We stay in Redhill area and my girl just got into TKSS this year. Is there any school bus running along this area to school? Thanks for any help in advance!

Distance will come back to haunt you! Too much traveling. Time could be spent doing homework or rest.
Hello! It's me again. Three years have passed since that question and I'd just like to thank you both for your invaluable information. I'm now I'm my third year of education in TK and honestly - I love it. I'm so glad I did not try to appeal to other schools as well in an attempt to get out of TK. The academic life is challenging but you do reap the benefits as well. I'm going to be awfully sad to leave TK next year because I've spent the best three years of my life thus far here. Regarding my distance issue; I've since moved nearer to school since my parents felt that my proximity to school was more important that living in queenstown, which had nothing left for us anyway since I'd graduated from primary school. Once again, thank you for your gamechanging information and insights!Dreamgear:
Im a student and i got 235 in psle. i had put TJC before tkss and i got tkss. Yesterday i went to TJC and appealed but the entry score was 251 but i attached some of my certificated incase they might consider. This morning i reported to tkss and was very impressed. Now im considering going to TJC tmr morning and revoking my appeal. I live in Queenstown and it takes 1hr to reach. Just wondering if its worth it to revoke it. Advice appreciated

Just leave it. If really offered, just dont accept.....
