Its the bishan gay. He's been there for ages. I saw him multiple times and I even took a pic of him on the bus! LOL.

Okay basically, as I have experienced it, he smiles hysterically as he approaches the bus stop. Then, he sits down and starts to take out his phone. He tries to pretend to sms, and \"takes snapshots of NJC\" (actually the head of the boys).
