Anyone faced issues with the school bus operator yesterday?


The school bus came late in the morning and was also very late in the afternoon. Reached my block at 3pm.

Me too… morning late for 20min, afternoon bus driver is not familiar with the route, took a long time home.

And very dangerous cos didn’t stop by the curbside.
When I call at 2.30pm they were still at e school.
Very lousy bus operator.

Is there a way to feedback this bus operator? When I called the numbers listed on Friday afternoon, no one pick up the phones.

Probably need the parents to write in to admin office and give feedback abt the bus operator.

But then they are new. Have to give them a chance like maybe a week.
If after that still cannot make it then feedback.

Ok. Will monitor over the next few days and see whether there's improvements. The bus operator should do trial runs for its drivers once they are awarded the contract.
