When I call at 2.30pm they were still at e school.
Very lousy bus operator.

Is there a way to feedback this bus operator? When I called the numbers listed on Friday afternoon, no one pick up the phones.

Probably need the parents to write in to admin office and give feedback abt the bus operator.

But then they are new. Have to give them a chance like maybe a week.
If after that still cannot make it then feedback.

Ok. Will monitor over the next few days and see whether there's improvements. The bus operator should do trial runs for its drivers once they are awarded the contract.

Actually they did trial but very last min.

The driver call me on the day before to confirm the pick up location. Then on first day she had to change pick up location after she test e route.
This whole week I’m sure my boy will be late and miss lunch.

My kid takes Bus 3 to school and his has to be picked up at 6:20 am from Kim Tian. It’s really too early, with the kids reaching school at 6:45 a.m!


Is there anyway we can "appeal" to the bus company to adjust the timing? If anyone of you have kids on that bus, please let me know too. Perhaps there’s more persuasiveness in numbers.

Today the bus was only late for 15mins, it an improvement.

Mine is bus 18.
Same my boy also reach 6.45am
Cos the bus got second round to fetch the rest. If not the second batch will be late.
You have to really question their route and find if any possibility to change.
Then again I asked e bus driver and confirm no choice. His second route is totally a different area. Hence I rather stop e bus and take him myself. Tougher on me but I rather he get more 40mins sleep.

Indeed…I’ll fetch him there myself as a last resort. More sleep for everyone.
