Now that you mentioned it, I'll certainly pay more attention because my kid is prob in the early round in the morning.. I'm also concerned that the operator is (according to my boy) squeezing as many as 4 kids to each seat meant only for 2! (3 across plus the smallest build one on their laps). That doesn't sound safe nor comfortable.

I think each child needs to have a seatbelt according to LTA requirements last year. No more sharing of seats unless the buses can cater 3 seat belts in that row. It is definitely not safe. We need to feedback to Rui Feng.

My bus is only half filled.

Depends on the area. But yes I do notice that they Do7n advocate seat belts.
Ridiculous they charge $90 two way and $85 1 way…
Previous operator only $70…

my son took one hour plus ride to reach home a 1km journey...
on ist day of school bus transport a total mess n no apologies at all...
those people around are prc... may I know this co is opened by prc? increase price bt decrease service and quality, what kind of reasoning for price increase

Slight improvements today. Morning bus is now about 10 mins late while afternoon bus is about 10 earlier than yesterday. The afternoon timing still can be improved further.


This morning I noticed that the auntie check on the students to put on seat belt first before the bus move off. She never ensure this past 2 days.

Any idea last year what time the classes are dismissed? Same time as this year, 1:40pm?

Can feed him dinner later, maybe at 7pm? Can also try reduce the lunch or dinner portions since the meal times are so close.

My daughter tried to snack on some bread while waiting to board the bus but was stopped by the school staff. The school should allow the students to snack on something first as the buses don’t depart on time.

Rui Feng is such a small company that there isn’t a proper channel to feedback to them. And the school doesn’t wish to interfere with this.

I worry my DS so skinny still got no time to eat.
Its not good for them growing up… havin such irregular meals
Besides he sleep at 8pm, cant have dinner too early…

Last yr the P1 are in afternoon session. But morning session go off at 1.40pm…
Is it true that every Wednesday ends later than 1.30pm?

Bus 3 dropped my boy off earlier today at ard 2:15pm, a marked improvement from yesterday. Largely because the school let the students off more efficiently. However, my boy is still being dropped off at school at 6:45am after a 10 min ride..still way too early than necessary.

Mine morning bus is now 5 mins late. Afternoon bus same time as yesterday, reach at 2:20pm.


Anyone in school monitoring if the students still come down late? Theoretically if the students are dismissed on time at 1:40pm, I guess latest by 1:50pm, the bus can leave RVPS. Now the issue is I do not know whether are the students dismissed late or the buses are late.

I have check with Mr Poh and he said that we can feedback to the Rui Feng bus coordinator for RVPS at 9647 0956. He also said that "Rui Feng has informed us that they will review their timing and routing after this week and we hope that it will improve thereafter."

So I guess let’s all now continue to feedback to Rui Feng and also keep Mr Poh updated of the issues we face.
