I missed the fond moments of picking dd up at the school. Seeing a sea of children in similar unfit and trying to locate dd among them...

      Starlight,
I used to dislike fetching my kids during dismissal time bcos of the huge 'mountain of people', imagine 480 pupils, plus parents/caregivers plus small children. We have to squeeze thru just to get out the sch. I cant wait for them to be in p3, so tat i dont have to go into the sch to fetch them and jus need to wait outside the sch gate.
Even so, like u have said, i think it will still be one of my fondest memories in future when i recall them.

Wow... Fb555, your twins' school such a big cohort ah?! 480! Gosh.... šŸ˜“

For tofu boy's case, it is only the first day we parents can go into the school. Thereafter, please wait at the designated area near the school gate.

The fetching won't go on and on. Pretty soon, they would be on their own. Enjoy while we can :xedfingers:

Does tofu boy have a buddy to help take care of him at recess during the initial period?
Yes, waiting at the designated area for kids is something every parent should enjoy.

          The number 480 is p1 + p2.
Actually, come to think abt it, not exactly 480 bcos some pupils belong to the bus group and dont assemble at the same place, so the number should be lesser. But the number of pupils taking sch bus are not significant.

First 4 days follow form teacher. Form teacher will bring them to the tuckshop, watch over them during recess. Food will be catered.

Day 5 to day 8, there will be a p5 buddy assigned to each P1 kid to help them during recess time.

Actually hor, I always feel happy and proud standing there waiting for tofu boy - be it enrichment classes, childcare centre days, trainings or rehearsals. when he comes into sight, the moment when his eyes found mine, is always magical.

 By right, motherhood shd suits me very well hor?

I think I will start enjoying ME TIME in February, when supplementary lessons begin.

That is great and you have CNY to look forward too!

For me, just finished sipping my cup of coffee and washed my hamster's cage. I am unsure if I would like to cook for the meals.
