Hihi, we were told on Reporting Day that DD is allowed to wear her PE Polo shirt with the pinafore on PE days to school but have to bring along her white blouse to change into after PE lesson.

Culottes are only for Wed (and other days when specially informed). For PE days, my daughter wears polo shirt and pinafore, and changes into the blouse later.

In that case, she can wear culottes and polo shirt, and won't need to change into a blouse later. Much simpler!

In that case, just wear the PE shorts under the culottes. That's what my DD used to do, don't even need to change

Has anyone’s daughter taken part in the Sg Junior Chemistry Olympiad? What’s the training like? Would someone who isn’t doing Chem RA have a lot of extra studying to do?


And has anyone’s daughter done the Math Modelling Challenge? Would it be tough for someone who isn’t doing Math RA?

My daughter (Yr4) isn’t taking either RA but is interested in doing one of these, Chem more than Maths, I think. She’s done well in both those subjects at non-RA levels so far, but wonders if she will be too far behind the RA girls.

I’d be grateful for any opinions.
