Did anyone help your DS download the e version of Math textbook onto Mac?


I did. It was working fine yesterday. Could flip the pages and read the math textbook. But couldn't load the pages today.

We had problem downloading from just now till now.

We did too yesterday. But managed to solve the problem and downloaded it. What was the error prompt you get?

Also had problem updating flash player. Ask me to quit safari to complete installation. But safari was not opened.

Did you key in your product ID code? Need to do that.

You need to force quit your Safari. Same problem that I encountered yesterday. Click on the apple icon on the top left and select Force Quit option. A list of open applications will be displayed for you to select. Select Safari from the list. Should solve the Flash Player installation problem.

But today encounter different problem. The pages are not loading even though I have successfully installed and downloaded the textbook yesterday.

Did the form teacher tell the class. My son still dun know what CCA yet.
