Did you key in your product ID code? Need to do that.

You need to force quit your Safari. Same problem that I encountered yesterday. Click on the apple icon on the top left and select Force Quit option. A list of open applications will be displayed for you to select. Select Safari from the list. Should solve the Flash Player installation problem.

But today encounter different problem. The pages are not loading even though I have successfully installed and downloaded the textbook yesterday.

Din get chance to key in product ID. Din get past step 2 of the installation instructions given. Can't open the flipviewxpress

      Did you unlock parental control?
Finally done :rahrah: thanks. Had to go to security under system preference to open.

You can load the pages in the textbook? I can’t today. Not sure why.

Just received an email from DS FT on info about the start of each CCA tomorrow. Start/end time, venue and what to bring and prepare.

When I enter the product key from the package, it gives an error prompt stating my product key is invalid. Does that mean I have to re-install Office using the vendor website?

DS laptop already has Office installed. It's activating it that's having the problem. Will the product key work after re-installation?

                Thanks.
Seems like their office installation that came with the laptop has issue.
We will need to reinstall the officesnd then use the code to activate.
I just installed and activated successfully. I installed via DVD ROM using the office for Mac disc.
