That is why despite objections from my in-laws, who felt that as a graduate, I should not waste my education, I still felt strongly about replacing my income inorder to have the option to stay home. 1 year has passed but I wake up very morning, thankful that I made this choice πŸ™‚

these days, it is pretty common to find sahm who are graduates. guess what? after a uphill task of juggling school, work and family, i graduated in sep 2006 (after doing my part time degree along with my part time work whilst I am preggy with No. 2) and became a sahm in oct 2006.

do you plan to go back to work again?

I find that the above is really true, especially when we want something badly enough. So ever since I wanted to became a full time mum, I already started thinking about how to become one permanently, as in, how to replace my full time income so as to avoid financial strain in future.

i am just glad that my ex-boss is still opening his doors for me to return in the future whether on part-time or full-time basis. will need to settle my ds1's transition into primary sch as well as wait til ds2 to be older before i think about it.

That's a very nice boss! Hard to find such long-term bosses in this Internet age.
