Dear parents,

we (two students with young families) are currently working on a university project trying to find out what children usually eat as snacks in between of proper meals.

If you have children on your own (any age), would like to support our project and learn about what other children get to eat, please take 5 to 7 minutes to finish our short survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/snack-survey-kp

No personal information is being asked for and all responses are optional. If you wish, we will inform you about the survey's results.

      Thank you so much.
      Chris and Steven

            Yes, a boy šŸ™‚

Thanks so much to those of you who have already taken the time. We're still hoping for some more parents to participate (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/snack-survey-kp - THANK YOU!!!), but we'll also soon post a first summary (no hard currency, sorry... :moneyflies: ).

              Dear parents,

to those of you who have taken the time to answer the survey, THANK YOU SO MUCH! However we still need quite a few more responses for the results to be sound. If you'd like to help two graduate students with their project, please click through our short survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/snack-survey-kp. We've measured it - this will take no more than 4 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile we're happy to share the first results. According to survey takers so far, these are the top children snacks (multiple responses are possible)...
•
milk and milk drinks (42%)
            •
sandwiches and bakery items (39%)
            •
fresh fruits and raw vegetables (36%)
            •
...however responses have not yet been sufficient to determine the reasons for choosing those items. Is it their price? Is it their brand? Is it their taste? Please help us make sense of the results by submitting your opinion.

              Thank you so much,
              Chris and Steve

btw: if you have further questions regarding the survey, please feel free to comment within this forum.
