Hi sgjlee,Hi
Can anyone advise me if the school transport will be as usual (pick up to & fro) during the CNY Celebration day on 18 Feb 2015 if the parent were also to join in ?
this was a reply to another parent on the mconline from the school:
Dear Parent,
The school will be celebrating Chinese New Year on 18 February 2015. The school hours are from 8 a.m to 9.30 a.m. Students still report to school by 7.40 a.m at the school hall for National Anthem and Pledge Taking. Thus, the school bus will fetch your child to school at usual timing too.
Kindly note that parents will only be allowed to enter hall after 7.50 a.m to join in the celebration.
Thank you
Hi Sgjlee,
I am not certain on the timings on the return bus to home. I would suggest that you telephone the bus operator or the school on Monday to find out the timing.

I'm within 2km, so the chances still high?
Hi genesis28,
it's great to know that you are interested in West Spring Primary.
It is difficult to answer your question. The school has now become the most popular choice for parents in Bukit Panjang. There are also new flats within the 1km area.
I really hope you are able to get a place for your child. We all look forward to welcoming you to the West Spring Family.

last year, the Primary 1 batch met the dentist for a check up. I am sure the school will arrange for the new P1 batch to meet the Dentist.
If you had any urgent concerns, you might wish to telephone the dental clinic.

Hi
I am having problem with Mconline. When I login, I don’t see any discussion in the forum.
The school wanted us to register our participation via MC online but I am unable to find where to do the registration.
Anyone here can help? -

I have just checked and it seems ok. The parents forum is on mconline under the parents login. Due to security and safety reasons, I am unable to share the password with you online. The details should be on the school website or you may call the school and ask them for the password.

Hi
I am able to login, just not sure where to go to the forum with discussions.
When I try ==>collarboration==> forum, there is no discussion inside.
I am also unable to find where to register for particpating in the school activities, like tomorrow’s cny celebrations?
Is this registration under the collarboration or under school matters? I tried both but still cannot find anywhere to do the registrations. -

the first screen page will show a few different topics including PARENTS FORUM. Once you enter the parents forum, you will see the thread for the ongoing discussion. I believe the registration has already closed for tomorrow's event, which is why there isn't a topic under CNY highlighted.
My only advice would be to telephone the school to see if they are able to register you for tomorrow's event.
Enjoy the CNY break

Principal & Staff of West Spring Pr
wish all our parents, West Springers, potential parents and their children a Happy Lunar New Year.
Please do note that due to space constraints in the hall, only 1 parent per child will be admitted into our hall tomorrow.
We look forward to having you join us in our 2nd Chinese New Year Celebrations tomorrow. :rahrah:
