Angry with son's form teacher
-
I was very angry with my P4 son’s form teacher. She just called me and ‘scolded’ me and wanted me to see the Principal if my son’s work don’t improve. Who does she think she is and who does she think she’s talking to, a child? very, very angry :x :x

Not right for the teacher to speak to you that way.
perhaps it had been a bad day for the teacher? or just kena "told-off" by superior for his\her class relatively poorer acedemic results? -
Isn’t it her job to help your son improve? I thought a more constructive is to discuss how you can work with her to support your son’s learning?

email to the principal to complain la… :x

not so, cos her's is a relatively good class, maybe she don't want my son's poor results to affect her 'good' class lah... maybe i should get my son out of her class... :? -

I do agree with you that the teacher shdn't have taken out her frustration at you. But anyone can have a bad day rite? How is she towards your DS? Does he like her?
If your DS is in a relatively good class, perhaps the teacher is feeling the pressure from 'up above'.
May I suggest that you make an appt to see the teacher first and sort out the issue abt your DS's results, which is the prority I believe. I don't think getting him out of the class is the answer. Unless of course your DS is not happy being there.
Going to the P shd be the last resort.
Just my 2 cents
