EL Enrichment - The Cognitive Hub at Chun Tin Road

My daughter is currently attending her English enrichment at a learning ctr at Chun Tin road located opposite Beauty World Ctr name Cognitive Hub. It is a pure English language centre. The teachers there are very dedicated and resourceful. I understand they were formally from other centre but now branch out on their own. The group is small and hence individual child needs are catered for.


I came to know of this centre through a client whose child did very well in her PSLE last year and intended to join the Secondary enrichment class. I prefer finding a centre through word of mouth hence I will check around for referral,

My feedback from my daughter is the teacher taught her creative way of writing an essay which she never know can apply this way. Hopefully in times to come she will benefit more and I can sure more updates here.



Hey I totally agree with you. My kid is with them for the Catalyst Thinkers Programme (P5) . She loves the lessons and cannot wait to go for lessons . And her writing has improved too. Teachers are very good. She was taught how to write original essays based on her own ideas and she is enjoying the class.

Thanks to the teachers there and hope all students who attended can value add with their expertise in learning English our business language.

My children are there too. They have classes from P4- JC2. My son is in their Sec IP pgrm and my daughter is in their JC GP programme . Very good teachers. Very engaging and knowlegable. My daughter was initially very reluctant to attend GP class but I told her she is not very good so she agreed to try one term last year…now she is still there because she says that they have taught her stuff which her college does not and she enjoys her lessons and grades have improved.

What creative writing techniques did your daughter learn in the writing class? Mine is weak in writing…

Think they catered to all levels of English class. Yes u can visit their website to find out or call the centre direct. I do see the commitment in their teachers so I thought is good to share in this forum so can benefit more students.

yes, a few of my hubby's colleagues sent their children to The Cognitive Hub (think they were ranging from JC to Secondary). Hubby feedback to me that his colleagues raved about the teachers there. THe children really improved! So much so that the younger sibiling (Primary level) also signed up!!


I understand from them that they have classes from P4 all the way up. i've seen their work and i really like their 'unique, unconventional' ways of teaching and enriching the students' minds! No wonder the students improve!
They really teach the pupils to think creatively by themselves, to speak up and express their views (which i feel is really good...cos training them to be independent thinkers!). Moreover, i like their materials - not only does it cover all the usual English Language elements (oral, LC, compre, Paper 2, etc)....but also gets them to think about current affairs, etc

I definitely want to inquire about some Compo Writing programme for the holidays.
My daughter is P4 this year. I want her develop in her skills for Composition writing....and i know this place can really help her (esp since hv heard so many pupils improve after just 1 term here!).
I live so far away from them...but told hubby maybe try a holiday writing programme since its so good (hubby can drive daughter there since his workplace is nearby). Called them already....(they will let me know if a holiday writing programme comes up! Yay!)
