Yes, my daughter's batch is the last one taking old syllabus.

What's the difference? My girl in P3 seems to be doing her Science very much the way her brother (now P5) was doing then.

Have you looked at Xue Er You? It's a centre opened by Liang Wenfu. Have never gone to them becos I stay in Central region, so too far to consider.

I would prefer home tutor to class tuition.

Same here...home tuition is customized to child's weakness compared to class tuition. Of course expensive...but custom tailored 🤷

Some enrichment centres are more expensive than home tuition 😞

The branded enrichment centers are expensive…I have no comments because I cannot afford to send my kids there. The notes provided are very tough. Home tuition is better for my kids…1-to-1.

Weirdly enough, I feel that being in a Top primary school makes it harder for a kid to score well because all the scripts are of high standards.

It works both ways...some kids will feel depressed because they dont do well...but higher ability ones will feel encouraged they manage to attempt challenging questions.
