my kid gg to P1 at AP ... I called AP's BASC provider Pro-Teach(from AP's sch website) and understand tat priority are given to those lower income group first ... Any other lobang near AP / HBF / Telok Blangah ? TIA !!

1. Radin mas primary school within 2km
2. River valley primary school out of 2km.
3. CAntonment primary school within 1km

Need some advise since there are experienced parents out here. Thanks in advance!

Phase 2C - you effectively have only 1 option out of the 3 listed: number 3.

You probably won't even get to ballot for 1 and 2 based on your distance, so don't have to think about it.

Actually if your child is good, he/she will go to the good class. If your child is average, then he will go to an average class. All schools are the same. They will concentrate the better ones. Radin Mas, River Valley are good school. Goods doesn’t mean all student are good. They have foundation students as well. Zhangde an average school but they managed to have a student score 271 last year… Fan Eng Seng Primary also scored higher than Radin Mas. Radin Mas last year highest was 25x. So conclusion, every schools is good school.

staying at Telok Blangah Heights, no chance for RMPS & Zhangde, considering Alexandra, GES and BRPS… any advise?

tik Alexandar Pri also out of 2km(last year we within 2km also need ballot and ratio is like 3.6 pp going for 1 seat - and we’re very lucky to get in).

Pls use "onemap" under "school query" key-in your postal code and check which are within 1km and 2km. Thanks.
