Does your DD have APD too? I know what you mean by labels ... I have a love-hate relationship with them. The bottomline is, it provides a common understanding upon which to seek treatment. We're darn lucky to be in a time and place where there is treatment to be had. I hope the worst that can happen is :moneyflies: .

Yup, dd1 was diagnosed with apd when she was abt 9yo. With early intervention, she has improved. It's still there but at least, she is learning to cope and overcome the challenges. :hugs:
