For the past 2 years for 2014/2015 intake, no balloting under phase 2C.
We have our 1st Child got into SGPS in 2014 and we did not participate PV.
And we are staying outside 2km from school. -
Hi, I am considering SGPS for my boy in the 2015 Pri sch intake.
Any reviews on the school wrt homework load and CCAs and any idea when their open house will be? thanks!!:) -

Homework fr P1/P2 I think its quite reasonable. CCAs depends on your son's interest. School niche is football and badminton.Hi, I am considering SGPS for my boy in the 2015 Pri sch intake.

I heard from my sis in law usually the traffic between 715-730 is quite congested. We dont live nearby too...at punggol.

As the school parking space is pretty limited, traffic may be slightly heavy. During open house, u will experienced packed carpark and if u drive, u may encountered other cars blocking u when u wants to leave. However, please be patient as everyone is eager to know the school to give their child a good place to study and play.Hi there,

Normal school days, before 7am, traffic is always fine.
After school hours, at 1315hrs, parents picking up their children will filled the carpark and traffic will be heavy once the children are released from school.
Also the school will be building a multi-purpose hall in the near future on the existing carpark space and so we may experienced further traffic and carpark issues when it's ready. But putting that aside, sgps has a good environment if u wants your son to enjoy and learns. So far my boy has been enjoying himself very well and he is able to adapt to his environment pretty well.
Go and experience the open house and see the vibrant and exciting atmosphere of the school which I think you will enjoy.
Cheers and have fun. -
