schellen, DD1 is a customer from paradise! My DD1 is less subtle... she'd ask for the serve staff's name! Then she'd say, \"Good job, XXX!\"

Now that she's starting to write, I should get her started on feed-back forms

what if she gives verbal negative feedback ? ... :!:

      .. joking

No need to joke, tankee...with DD1, I'm prepared for that as well!
So far, she's tempered that with \"you know, xxx, mebbe next time you should ---\" i.e., indirectly point out the mistake.

Somehow serve staff seems to listen to little kids better loh! so she got away with those comments.

Andaiz, I agree that staff tend to be more accommodating when kids give feedback. We started this feedback form thingy when DD1 asked us one day what it was (it was placed at the side of the table) and we wanted something that would occupy her while waiting for the food to arrive. I think she prefers doing this to doing some kid's activity like colouring the placemat.

DD1 likes going to the one at Vivo cos she can have waterplay there followed by a nice meal. It's also spacious (the one at West Mall is rather cramped). I like Vivo's salad buffet. πŸ™‚

now, if she likes the service, she will try to get the name of the staff by sneaking peeks at tt person's name tag whenever we get served.

My DDs so far haven't done the feedback form for Swensens.

But, they have done the IKEA ones requesting for feedback on
                  Smaland. πŸ˜‰

Spent my 17th birthday at Plaza Sing Swensen's with my JC mates. They wanted to order 17 Fire House for me.

But after doing the maths, they figure it's not worth :moneyflies: πŸ˜“
