I always get ordered around. Depends on my mood. Sometimes I will entertain and sometimes I wont. However, I believe I'm a nurturing mum but dd2 shot me down when I self declared so. She said I'm not a tiger mum but neither am I a nurturing mum. Haiz, how come such different assessment. I really think I am a nurturing mum le

dd1 is rude to me sometimes. It's her tone la. How a person says something makes a huge different.
Dh will get angry and scold dd1 whenever she speaks to me in a rude tone. I have a fierce protector 😉

I hope she dun grow up and start ordering me around.. Too much of her own mind even at her age now..

I'm also contemplating to sell those gold jewellery with outdated designs and change them to white gold or diamond jewellery. Should I do that? No one is wearing the gold jewellery for now. Only sitting inside my safe. I usually take off all jewellery before shower. Used to it already.

your bb is stepping into the \"Terrific TWO\" stage -

Keep the gold and dun bother - ask mum to keep for you .Thats what I do to mine. old grandma said, GOLD can sell for $ during \"war\" and hard time\" 😆

What terrific twos? Only just over 1 and already starting to get assertive already (I just gave her a bowl of blueberries and grapes.. Let her self entertain).. Now can point here.. Point there to get what she wan.. Only can say a few words now so must depend on pointing first 😆 I remember Sonny was very gentle and well behaved at that age..

I sold off some of my wedding jewelry...I know for sure I will never wear those designs...there was a time gold prices were high. Kept the money to buy things I like.

Used to my necklace for a long time which I don't remove.
There was a year my zodiac 冲太岁...and I was advised to wear gold...so I swopped from white gold to yellow gold.

So far, my kids have not dared to order me around....but they do that to hubby...since he wants to be the good guy, that is his problem.
If hubby dun exert some self control, I won't be surprised if he will be ordered around next time 😉 like you say, that will be his problem..

I think I will look around and see if I can find nice white gold jewellery. If have then I will sell the outdated gold jewellery. Any jewellery shop can sell the gold right? How to monitor gold prices?

My daughter is assertive compared to son at 10+…in fact she has always been vocal. Didn’t sell my jewelry at gold smith shop…I went to maxi cash. There is another company which uses Michelle Chia. Compare prices and see which will offers more.

My hubby doesn’t know how to say ‘no’ to the kids…not my problem. But we have common understanding about certain issues like discipline and homework.

The one which uses Mark Lee for advertisement.

Compare prices to see which offers higher. Lots of leg work so as no regrets.
