my dad helped me to sell them. didn’t approach gold smith shops. the jewellery from the old timers in chinatown (gold smith shops) do fetch higher prices.

cleared out my cupboard...took out all the clothes to see which are tight or worn out...when done with hubby and my clothes, went to daughter's cupboard and then son's cupboard. when I was done, the floor was sticky with perspiration even with fans switched on. had to mop the floor but feeling good when I see the cupboards tidied :imanangel:

I do this every few months. kids are at growing stage, so they outgrow their clothes. can't stand their cupboards in a mess too. hubby is the one who keeps and folds the laundry...you know how men do things...i keep quiet since he is willing to. but once a while, i will pull out all the clothes to re-fold and tidy up.

my ME time at vivo city was burnt today...thanks to a driver who knocked into the rear bumper of my car. hubby was supposed to drop me off. this lorry came out of side road, hit my car bumper and sped off. we gave chase immediately but still lost the lorry as traffic was heavy    luckily we managed to get hold of the number plate.

Made police report. Went to our car accident and claims agent...she quoted $12K (usually on high side) for entire change of bumper and $1k for loss of car use and arranging for loan of replacement.

We only had in-camera installed at the front...but none at the rear....and this lorry driver escaped from the back :stompfeet: So we are going to install a camera at the rear....touchwood.

Today almost like acting in mediacorp drama...chasing after a lorry on a busy road.

The consolation is we managed to get the lorry number plate...but the 很不爽 is to be knocked by someone in a hit-and-run accident. All of our time today was spent at the authorized car agent making claims and then back to police station...to submit the video captured on the camera.

Lunch today was 2 cups of milo and 2 packets of biscuits.
Don't know what is next. 1 week in June with no car to use
