Don't worry. I've mine for about 2 years and there's no lizards and cockroaches. Well, at least, not yet. Probably has to ensure that your room is clean and don't attract them.

Try putting cloves (a kind of spice) in the storage compartment.

I put them in my kitchen cabinets and so far no problems.

Also shd clean the compartment evry 2 mths or so lah ...

i know its an almost 2000sf massionette, and the transacted price is $170k more then the valuation given by HDB...

Seems from the article that it's not a done deal yet.

If the unit is an EC, is $900k considered expensive? I thought EC is like private condo after 5 years? :?

OK. So, this Bishan flat is more than 5 years but less than 10 years, right? Hence, it is like a HDB flat, rather than condo, is it?

But, I thought EC comes with facilities like private condo, too? The only difference is that EC is subject to HDB rulings during these 10 years.
