If you find a place you like - type, location, size, price, all the stars aligned - go for it. The same property may not be around for the same price. Unlikely to be much lower. A few % difference in price is really nothing.

A few % is not much compared with the full price but with the discount is still better than none.. Anyway for us nego will start soon.. Already expressed interest .. I think for what we are looking at, it won't be there for long..

There is a limit to how low the prices can be. Read more about how much they bid the land for and how much they should sell to make profit. Cannot just wait for prices to come down. They can always sell to companies I think.
