With regards to fan, please stay away from the brand Mistral, especially the remote control ones. My friend bought 4 at one go and they died within a year

Airpot blown.. Fan, noisy and uncool..

Remote spoilt so fast.. In the end broke down..

Guess your mind has set for standing fan....though. Have a SUGGESTTED brand here- KDK. Using the current one for 10 over years, still functioning well, especially the strong wind :love: . Actually, didn't know whether market still selling the model i used. Price is +/- 150.00, with 3 fan speed, 1-3 hour timer. Non-sophiscated look though...

sashimi wanted KDK too but when he went to Best Denki, the staff there recommended Europace. Apparently, that model was popular (no stock) so he had to go back again a few days later to get it. It’s black with red LCD. Looks nice and can blend in easily. The base is round, very stable and you can’t see the wheels. Forgot to mention that it has a timer too, in 30 minutes increases.


Aiyah, you want to see how it looks like, you pay me a visit after you pick your DS1 up from school. (Checked the website but cannot find this model. Maybe it’s new.)

Maybe QC no good. My mum felt it was best buy for her and went to buy another one. :lol:

it's ok.thanks for suggesting. will take a look to see how KDK look like. cos if really powerful, but not so 'nice-looking', we may get for our study room.

Ya, the 2 chatterboxes can chat a bit longer and save us some spare change when the phone bill comes. :lol:
