        This is a good buy

Is a 99 year leasehold, worth the price?

If FH or 999 u won't get this price

                        Squarefoot.com.sg

I think probably other websites will have the info too..but I have been using this for past 2 years. Good to check transacted prices and also rental. The website allows us see past few months transactions only unless we pay for the subscription..$10 per mth if same as last time but I will only pay to see more transactions when we are ready to buy 😉
