Just called Alexandra primary, within 1km (SC) no need balloting.
I got a call from Alexandra pri. The SC within 1km are saved from balloting on Wed due to 3 pairs of twins!. What a miracle! -

I was drafting my explanation when half way through I received a call telling me everyone under 1 km is in. What a relief! I had felt really bad for the past 2 days for being the 152th applicant !

There's nothing to explain or feel bad about.
As long as you apply within the cut-off time, you deserve the seat as much as those who applied on day one.
