Yeah, I really have to decide carefully, seriously due to the many new flats in our area, there are lots of young children and to be honest, in ds's childcare, his batch is the largest number, so I really don't think Tiger year's lower numbers of birthrate is helping in our neighborhood...

I also failed to get PV at Radin Mas and River Valley, can't imagine next year...

Not just flats, there are a few condos near ALPS too. Some look like they will complete by next year.

If you are near Zhangde, within 1km, that could be your next bet. Last year and this year, the SC within 1km could get in without balloting.

I however will be balloting for RMPS… although chances are high, still very worried and kanjiong… if my DS gets in, our little brother will be automatically in so hoping for the best!!!

it’s hard to get a PV for RV. not sure about RM. Next year will be even harder to get in ALPS at Ph2C due to siblings in phase 1.
