Just don’t waste time taking TOEFL if you are trying to gain admission into the local Unis.

Hi guys,
I am currently a JC student considering a course in liberal arts. Any insight on the potential difficulties I may face? Uni recommendations would be appreciated!

Don’t have to go overseas. Yale-NUS has a pretty good programme.
What is it about a Liberal Arts Prog that attracts you? What do you intend to major in? -
Are you interested in a liberal arts education, or liberal arts colleges? There’s a distinction. You can get a decent liberal arts education at most of the top US colleges (although IMO LACs do better since they have smaller class sizes and are teaching oriented).
Yale-NUS is also pretty good. The top US liberal arts colleges (as is) are superior to Yale-NUS if expense isn’t an issue.
Here are a range of schools to start you off: Yale, Princeton, Chicago, Brown, Amherst, Pomona, Wesleyan, Oberlin, Reed, Yale-NUS. -
Can anyone advise which are the better UK universities to read Economics?

I know this thread has not been updated for a while, but then I'll still like to put forth a suggestion. One of the education consultant services I've heard of is Cialfo. They help students who intend to apply for UK and US universities and increase their chances of acceptance. All the consultants have graduated from a US/UK uni and very experienced.

You seem to be advertising for them in a few threads already. Are you cialfo? -
