4) giving the children a day of fun..
But the passage said a day of fun for POOR children -

The editing question for specialized/specialising is actually
Aunty [Surname] …(some words i cant rmb)… /special/(wrong word) IN cupcakes
the person who posted the question didnt add IN so the meaning changes.
I rmb it as im taking the PSLE this year, so i cant be wrong.
The english paper is hard this year , so national average is lower , and probably getting A is 70 or even high end of 60
The highest aggregate might only be 270 (low end). We are the white rats for this year , probably they set the paper even easier next year seeing the scores for english this year. Bad luck! -
