Also, for Commonwealth Sec Sch, I see that the express (lower) is 237 and (upper) is 239 (median) and (higher) is 268. So which COP we should look at?
Thanks in advance for help.
Since I am not from the West, I am not really conversant with schools you have mentioned. Just wanted to respond to this portion. The COP is actually the lower score. - ie 237. It refers to the score of the last student who got into the school last year. That is the score you should be looking at to determine whether your child's score will enable him to get into the school. - but please note we can never know the COP for next year until the posting results. This is just and indication, it may be higher, lower or same. Depending on how many students apply and what are the scores of the students who apply.
Median - if the scores of all the students who made it were lined up from lowest score to highest score, then median would be the score of the student in the middle. That means half the students would be above him and half below. Some parents like to look at this number - they would rather send their children to schools where their children are closer to the middle - not the bottom - which is the lower cut off point.
Higher just is the the highest score of all the students who got into the school. So someone with 268, could have possibly gone to RI maybe, but decided to put Commonwealth as first choice and was obviously the first person that the computer accepted into the school.
All the best for your son. And hope he gets into a school of his choice.

Even if a pupil is at the bottom of the T score in sec school, it does not mean the pupil will remain around the bottom in sec school. Sec school is a whole new ball game and it is not uncommon for lower T score pupils to do better than the higher ones in sec school. Cheers. -
So excited! Good luck to everyone receiving their results!

Does it mean all schools will release results at 11am sharp on Wednesday, or it depends ( can be earlier or later)?

I'm pretty sure that the release time differs and it depends on your school. I heard that some schools even release as late as 12.
Good luck to you!

Some schools might gather the students in the school hall at 11am and announce who are the top scholars and with a short speech from the principal. After that proceed to their respective classes to collect their result slips from their form teachers.FantasyLandDreams:

This is what happened to my kids' school 6 years ago.
Good luck to all P6ers collecting your results tomorrow.
To All Mummies n Daddies, boys n girls - please remember it's NOT the end of the world if your results fall below expectations n you don't get into your dream Sec School. Don't be overly disappointed as the road of education is still a long way n you will always have many opportunities to excel in future.
