where are the, 240s, 230s, 220s & etc - :?

anyone has rough estimate of % or can enlighten % of candidates fall in above range

last yr, a fren told me most kids , abt 50% in 230s range -dunno how true

60+% can go express yearly.. likely to be 50% above 200...
188 onwards can go express..

Is 188 fixed or will it fluctuate year by year?

188 to 199 has an option to choose either Express or Normal.
These numbers are fixed.
