my days go haywire during the holidays…but that’s the meaning of holidays, get away from the routine. it’s been no ME time this year because of additional tuition lessons in preparation for next year’s big P and O. usually there would be more fun days.

i am trying to reduce the workload towards the last week of holidays.

Resist napping so that I can have more ME time.

Surfing internet, prep ingredients for meals like cutting garlic, soaking the fried bean sticks & dong fen, seasoning breast chicken and minced pork etc

          :salute: multi-tasking.

Yes, at the same time, listening to music, peeping at my sleepy hamsters.

The weather is real warm and thus unlikely to step out of my home.

it's rather warm outside when we left jem. could be 33 or 34 degrees C.

am planning my grocery shopping at JEM probably the last wk of 2015.
Remember the discount of ntuc housebrand products ends soon.

I find grocery shopping is one of the few moments I enjoy 🙂

While I find that it's something that I try to get out of the way as fast as possible with the minimum expenditure of effort!

                    haha... I am in dilemma.
I like stocking up my fridge and kitchen cabinet.
I like looking at the various items available in the supermarket.
                    ...
                    better than shopping for clothes.

i love grocery shopping every saturday. my pork ribs and eggs are ntuc brands. it's enjoyable going lane by lane to see what i could have missed out if i didn't bring along the list. definitely more shiok than shopping for clothes. after going to ntuc extra, i am used to the bigger size compared to the normal ntuc.

it really feels like a holiday today.

went to jem to buy some groceries and also for lunch…came home to rest and went out for dinner because son said he wants a change from usual saturday evening. usually he has tuition every sat but there isn’t any today. tomorrow have to cook something simple…2 meals eaten outside today and feeling very thirsty.
