Hi, we have tried to walk from TKK mrt station and the average distance is at least 20mins all the way into NJC atrium by strolling. Not sure when school starts will there be more crowd…

Oops then we must have underestimate the timing......
I am still thinking if I should register my gal as it will be quite rushing for her to travel from NJC to newton after classes. And she may not have time for lunch. I am a working mum so will not be able to fetch and send her to her class. -
i would think the school and MOE have taken into consideration of the traveling time from NJC to Newton (most likely by bus)
just let they try, don't give up so fast -

There is no need to walk from NJC to TKK MRT station.
For days which your child has 3rd language lessons outside NJC, your child can take a heavy mid-morning meal during recess IF lunch is a rush rush meal.
My elder boy used to take 3rd language in JH1 at Ghim Moh (year 2010, now Ghim Moh does not operate 3rd language centre). He and the classmates took public bus 156, then changed to 92 outside Pandan Valley Condo. Did not hear from him any issue with time travelling/lunch then.
