Do the girls need to bring laptop to school?

Deciding whether to buy an ultra book or just a regular one.
Nope, not required to bring laptop to school.

        Hi girls,

What do they need to bring on the first day of sch next Monday?
Understand that it's orientation week, so no books? Just pencil case and notebook?

        TIA!
Yup, no books required during orientation. You can refer to the letter given by school to see if there are any other things that you should bring on first day of school (eg Giro forms, $ for photo taking).

Is this the TCC program ? If I remember correctly , the principal did mention that TCC will be rolled out to all Sec 1 students starting AY2016.

I heard that too. But my impression is that they

use iPad for TCC rather than laptop?

I am asking about laptop for their other works, such as
            writing reports, presentations, etc.

Based on my DD experience, the girls do need to use the laptop for some of their school work but generally they are not required to bring it to school.

Apparently they are under one provider. I call Mr Chan yesterday. He passed the call to Jenny who told me all school bus seats from Tampines to NYGH were taken up. Guess I was late.

Hi, we were given a copy of the school bus service contact list in the Sec 1 Registration Folder last year. Other than the Mr Chan that you have already contacted, there are 2 more operators in the list that also provides transport from tampines area. You can try calling if you are still keen on the bus service, not sure if there are any changes though as it is last year's list.

What I understand is that AEP students will not be

taking Food & Nutrition lessons. So I suppose the
lesson hours for F&N will be used for Arts classes.
