I understand from DS that only those who do Advanced Science in JH3 are eligible to apply for the Russian exchange programme with Moscow Chemical Lyceum. Those that apply will need to take a selection test. They only have 3 places a year so you will need to be among the top 3 of the selection test to get chosen.

DS definitely enjoyed his exchange programme. it has fueled his interest in Chemistry research.
Thanks Dnis_mum for sharing! 3 places a year is very little. Are there are exchange programs held in the same year too?

There are many exchange programs including the Korean one Jennifer mentioned. The Russian one is the strictest in terms of selection criteria.

Which year is your child in? He should be able to get access to all the informations of these programs once he is in JH3.

For those taking 3rd language, do take note of page 16 in the 2016 JH module information booklet which was sent to parents' email address.

This is taken from 2015 module information booklet - 3rd language not contributed to overall score.

This year 2016, its score contributes to overall score.

I would like to know more about the innov pgm for jh1. We were given the schedule that it wil fall on tue, bt it does not indicate when it will start. My child has no idea too. And, the consolidation cls for various subj are for students to consult the subj teacher when they have doubts?

To clarify doubts, arrange consultation sessions with Teachers, think can do so via online LMS student portal.

Consolidation class is for weak students who are identified by the teachers, supposedly are compulsory to attend.
