Hi, how do the school deal with reply forms submitted late? I understand that the school have a system that the child suppose to drop the reply forms at GO. How will the school keep track who has submitted the forms and who not? Btw, I couldn’t access MConline forum. Is the system down?

        Hi Violet,

I have just tried mconline and it seems to be alright. There are tiimes that the system could be under maintenance.

I would suggest that you either telephone the general office or write a little note in your child’s handbook to enquire on your question.

        Have a good week ahead.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did call GO. But they haven’t get back to me. I understand that they don’t want to take up the time of collecting forms during school hours. But my daughter keep forgetting, I need to keep reminding her each day. So I don’t know if the teacher reminded them to submit.

            Hi Violet,

give the GO a little time to get back to you. Rest assured that the students will get into a routine of submitting the forms to the office.

              Hi Violet,

Alternatively, get to know the contact of your kid’s classmate parent. They can help to ask their child to remind your kid. I support parent group of the same class or level to be connected. I am not sure how new parent can get start on this. Maybe some helpful parents can sheer some ideas.

                Hi Violet,

the trays for the submission of forms are left outside the general office. They will be there for another week. This would allow your daughter time to place the forms there when she brings them to school. Just to inform you that there are office personnel tracking the submission of forms.

I hope this information helps you

Thanks for the quick reply Tenko! I don’t have any parents contact unfortunately. Anyway I found out that the parent forum at mconline is only for P3 -P6 parents. But they are quick to response if u feedback. That I agree!

                    You are very welcome Violet.

The parents’ forum on mconline is for all the parents of West Spring students. I have just had a look at the forum and have noticed there are many new P1 parents participating in the forum discussion.

                        Hi Violet,

rest assured that the parents’ forum on mconline is for all West Spring parents. It was set up by the school as a communication tool between the the school and parents. Please do try again. If you do experience any further problems, please do telephone the school general office for them to go through it with you. In the meantime, do write a note in your child’s handbook for the teacher to help with any concerns that you may have regarding your child.
