Heavy snowing in Tokyo last 2 days. I hope the weather will not be too cold when I go there 3 weeks time! Have not experienced very cold weather for a long long time. Any tips on winter wear please?

Layer layer layer! Best if outermost wear is waterproof.

Can I check what is the least amount you wld change for a short trip like a week? Can we use credit card to pay/top up for suica card or pay for express bus out of Tokyo? TIA!

I would change about 100k Japan yen.

Suica card top up only via cash. Dont think can do via CC.
Express bus also only cash.
