I copied and pasted Jetsetter's and your comments below. Jetsetter was talking about decoupling and she said the important thing is to get your spouse become a first-time buyer. After that you said it is not first time buyer but first housing loan borrower. Aren't you confusing ABSD requirement with TDSR requirement? Who is trying to link them all together?
