I think the vice-versa also applies. So it depends on which award was given first. Based on last year, all DSTA awardees are male.[/quote]

I don't think there is gender bias. When we went for DSO interview 2 years ago, there were female applicants too and there were successful female applicants at the award ceremony.

I did'nt meant to imply or suggest any form of gender bias by DSTA .. I just want to say that all the NUSH awardees are guys (also the batch has least no of girls ).
