I can't work with background sounds, not even music.

I read those online articles till my eyes wanted to pop out. I need to get a bottle of those eye health supplements before my presbyopia gets worse.

ME time today; to run an errand later and then stick to my laptop.

ME time during wkdays is always better than ME time during wkends.
I made a trip to the bank & wet market. I vacuumed the whole hse, pre-cut veg for the next couple of dinner and had a gd scrub on myself. -
