I have never tried west lake's (don't even know where that is :? ), but we love the tiny kong bak pau from this Teochew Pau stall at TP. It's 50cents a piece and the meat is not overly fatty and not that oily. My boys love it! I normally run far far away from kong bak pau due to the fatty meat (in fact my boys too), but we find the kong bak pau from TP just nice for us! My younger boy can eat 6 to 8 pieces at one go.
how's the kong bak pau as compared to west lake's?25hourmaid:
Yes, agree that the Teochew pau there is very good! Love the kong bak pau, siew mai, small pau and 'char siew rice':rahrah: -

Personally, I prefer West Lake's. -

For me, it is precisely the small size that I like, easy to eat, 2 bites, kau teem!
Two bites? :!: Maybe, it's half a bite for me.... -

Anyway, qms, noticed that you are quite active in threads about TP, but I am a bit confused as your child is studying at RMPS, you work around TP? :?
