        daughter came home with sore throat and congested nose yesterday.

        looks like the weather is really getting to her. given math and english past year exam paper as homework :roll: kept her at home today as she needs to rest...2moro English SA1.

          Hope she rests well today. All the best for her SA1! My P6 and P4 starting their papers today. Can't wait for it to be over.

            Wah...dd's SA1 starts next Monday...back to back, a subject everyday. :faint:

              but she still has a math paper 2 past year to complete. SA1 week and still pushing šŸ˜“

                Everyone - all the best for exams...agree these are stressful times. My 2 DS also working hard but we also took decent breaks during the long weekend... otherwise will go mad.

                I really find it sad that our young children have to sacrifice so much leisure time for exams. Understandable at uni level but not when they are so young. Such sacrifices will surely have repercussions in adulthood šŸ˜ž

                  it's ONLY mid year and schools are drilling like this. this is insane.
                  hubby's company has family day event in june...but kids are not keen because final exams are looming above their heads. i've reminded them to use this mid year as revision and not to get stressed over it.
